Responsible for processing all Company accounts payable, including invoices and check requisitions. Prepares bills for payment, including gathering and coding support to proper accounts. Perform data entry of invoices into accounts payable system and set up items for specific check date disbursement.  Prints checks for vendors and provides checks for the proper signatures before released.  Keeps organized and accurate backup records in files for future reference and audit of information. Is responsible to maintain a complete and up to vendor file for all approved vendors.
